Parcel with Tracking

Up to 3kg: $6.70

We use SingPost, SmartPac delivery.

All prices above are inclusive of GST, mailing & handling fees. Please note that Redelivery service is not available for SmartPac.

 

Receiving SmartPac

How do I track SmartPac?
You can check the delivery status of SmartPac by entering the delivery note’s number (e.g. SM000000001SG) via SingPost’s Track Item tool.

 

What happens if I did not receive the Smart Pac?
Quote the SmartPac

  • delivery note’s number (e.g. SM000000001SG)
  • date of posting
  • Sender’s and Recipient’s address and particulars

via SingPost’s Contact Us page.

SingPost will investigate and get back to you on the outcome.

There is a possibility of the SmartPac being returned to the Sender if the Recipient’s address and/or details are incorrect or incomplete. You may check on the delivery status via SingPost’s Track Item tool.

 

What will happen to my item if no one is at home to receive a SmartPac?
SmartPac will be delivered to your letterbox and the delivery note will be signed by the Postman.

Courier Service

We delivery to any location in Singapore with the exception of offshore islands and restricted zones.

Standard Courier $8 (CBD areas + $3) 
Delivery confirmation will be sent via SMS/email within 3 working days.

Exclusive Courier $15
Choose your preferred time for next day delivery.

  • Weekdays 12-3pm
  • Weekdays 6-10pm (Evening)
  • Saturday 12-5pm (Afternoon)

 

Self-Collection

Pick up your purchase at Dynamic Life Beauty Centre with your e-receipt.
